Manic Panic Glitter Eye Paint
These gorgeous long-wearing shadows are chock full of pigment and cosmetic grade micro glitter. To use apply directly with dry applicator or dampen with water for extra intensity and bolder appearance. With liner brush and water you can use these for lining under and over eyes... then blend on lids and under brow for a shadow effect. Comes in four colors clockwise from top left: Mod A Go Go (neon pink), Black Magic (Black w/ Gold Glitter), Electric Banana (Neon Yellow) and Night Queen (Teal).
