This adorable skirt from our friends at Living Dead Souls features a top panel with 5 decorative black buttons edged by a sheer ruffle on either side.  A thin polka dot ruffle joins the top panel and the bottom.  The lower half of the skirt is black with white pinstripes and a thin black mesh overlay.
